1. Reservation information must be entered correctly and completely by the customer. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.
3. Reservation cancellations and changes must be notified before the scheduled transfer time.
4. Luggage allowance is determined according to the number of passengers stated in the reservation. Additional arrangements may be required in case of excess luggage.
5. Airport pickup and waiting time are planned according to flight information. The company is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect flight details.
6. Transfer services may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, official controls, or similar circumstances; such situations are not considered delays.
7. Compliance with in-vehicle rules (seat belt use, no smoking inside the vehicle, etc.) is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in termination of the service.
8. Requests for child seats must be specified during the reservation. Requests made afterward cannot be guaranteed.
