1. Reservation cancellations or changes must be notified before the scheduled transfer time. Last-minute cancellations may affect service planning.
2. If the customer is not present at the specified date, time, and meeting point, the situation will be considered a no-show and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.
3. Responsibility lies with the customer if the service cannot be provided due to incorrect flight information, missing contact details, or an incorrect address.
4. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation due to operational requirements or security reasons.
5. Cancellation and change requests are accepted only via WhatsApp or email.
